Few things to keep in mind.
No bags allowed. Women should not be under impression that they will be let to go with their purses/bags; you will be told that there is absolutely no exception in this regard. There is no locker facility.
Adhar card is required to be shown while entering.
If you have a digital ID proof, that is acceptable.
Phones are to be kept in silent.
Absolutely no photography is allowed. Please don't it.
Lot of monkeys around, take care.
One thing I don't like is that the guard shouts at the devotees in a very rough manner... चलिये निकलिए निकलिए। हो गया दर्शन।" I mean, you don't need to shout at devotees as of they are culprits.

Moreover, you should have capacity to walk at least 2.5 km to reach to the temple. Very old temple. Vehicle facility available for senior citizen. Too popular and a perfectly rated place. Has facilities of drinking water, tight security and beautiful place.

One of the most peaceful place in ahemdabad also they have transportation facilities for older people and who need help for hanumanji darshan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This temple is inside an army cantt named Hanuman cantt hence we are not allowed to enter with your personal vehicle which needs to be parked just outside the cantonment. This is very popular in Ahmedabad and nearby areas. Bring a photo ID proof for entry in the main gate . And come wearing proper dress like half pant and Bermudas are not allowed. Among all the gates entry is allowed only from gate no 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The famous Temple of Hanuman Ji located at Shahibaug, usually crowded with long queues On saturdays & festivals. The temple is located in High Security Military Base Area, Defense Army, so the police at entrance does the ID verification, also laptop bags are not allowed to bring inside.
You need to walk 10-15 mins, also an open car facility for aged people.
The mandir architecture is great.You can seat silently & pray hanuman chalisha at left side benches.
