★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder promised to complete project by 27th March 2019 did not completed by promised time. Even after the builder got extension from MAHARERA for 1 year the project is not completed till Feb 2020. The builder received roughly Rs 28 Crores ( Rs 22 Crores selling 150+ plots + 4.83 Crore mortgaging 22 plots to Andhra Bank + Rs 1 Crore selling amenity space) but not completed the project. There is no proper provision of basic necessities like water, electricity at project site. The amenity space is sold out. The builder sold out mortgage plots to buyers thus criminal case going against him. MAHARERA passed two orders to refund buyers money. The builder didn't complied to MAHARERA orders. Those buyers who patiently giving time to builder to complete project now decided to file complain in MAHARERA.
