★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service... actually I applied for MNP from Vodafone to Airtel at 27th Oct 18. they told me it will take one week to complete MNP process and today is 8th Nov 2018 but MNP process has not complete yet. they wasted my time at least they should answer my call. these peoples not answer any call which mention on slip and site. Waste of time and never go there regarding of any issue. I will prefer don't go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a Vodafone Store, When first I saw vodafone store i was delighted, but when I experienced the customer service, I felt like I was in some government office. Employees sitting there do not have sense of working. I went to buy a prepaid card today (19th sept. 2015), That person even didn't the value of that card. He made wait for 15-20 minutes. They insist us to take token, but they did not follow their rules. I had my token with me still they attended another customer without token and did not bother about whose token number is first... I hope Vodafone will improve their customer services to remain in the market.
I did not wanted to give even one start, but google forces to give atleast one star.. : (
