★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service...I went for a blood test in morning empty stomach.we asked the lady over there as should I come after 2 hours I e after eating food,she said not required.I got a call in the evening asking why didn't u come for the test..I told her clearly that we had asked in the morning and the lady said no.Her answer was that she didn't know and requested me to come the next day morning.I visited the lab next day morning,and the lady was like why did you come it was needed.I was like ok and I went away..I went in the evening to collect the report and the lady is saying that as u didn't come for the test today morning hence your report is not ready...This was really disgusting and pathetic.now I really doubt whether the reports are genuine ...I request Mr Vinesh to intervene in this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad Service, First they take money from you and tell you your covid test report will come on same day. However after paying they even wont bother about the report... After completion of time period they keep saying it will come in an hour and so on.. and especially their staff are very pathetic.. Never answer the call not give accurate information when exactly report will come or whats problem going on. better do it from other lab instead this lab

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been a week and I have not received my rtpcr reports on mail or they also didnt call me to collect the physical copies. I had to do multiple follow up for reports but still not got the physical copie aswell.
They give 10 percent discount to give them rating on google. And if they don't like the rating which you gave they ask you to leave by saying we don't want such customers.
