β β β β β Totally not recommended. Single lady dr handling all the sonography. Tried this for NT scan but report made by them is minimal and constrained to limited details only.
Even they don't change bed sheets in covid times.
On comparison with old report when I mentioned the dr. There for her report, Then she did sonography again and reported missed out portions also.
Pathetic experience, one should go for experienced center the visiting this one.

β β β β β Worst experience, no respect for patient time. Staff is rude and behaves very bad. Totally not recommended to anyone. If possible then i will send an email to higher authority member to take the action against the center members.

β β β β β AVOID. Pathetic experience with them. I visited them along with my wife for NT scan. I booked the scan by paying the amount in full one week prior, when we went for routine ultra-sound. The date for NT scan was after one week. When I called them after a week for an appointment, I was asked to come to the centre. On reporting there, i was told that I was called just for taking an appointment. During the COVID times, how can someone behave so irresponsibly. I reported 15 minutes prior at the center after 2 days as per the appointment. Even then we had to wait for over 2 hours, because they were entertaining walk-in patients on priority without any appointment. Moreover, patients who are coming for CRP and D-Dimer blood tests for Covid and pregnant ladies coming for ultra sound are asked to wait in a common room on common chairs. No one is bothered about distancing or sanitization. The final nail in the coffin is the behaviour of staff, which is ultra rude.

β β β β β Not recommended. Staff not cooperative. Machine and accessories not available. Even they are not cooperative with pregnant ladies for the photocopy of id proof as the photocopy centre is around 1-1.5 km from there diagnostic centre.
