1. Surat Civil Court, Criminal case, CC/24675/2010.
2. Vadodara Civil Court, Criminal Case, CC/24694/2020.
Both cases under Section 138,Negotiable Instruments Act, IPC. Anyone can check online for confirmed reports.
Vadodara case is mine, as Proprietor, Jyotin Girdhar issued cheque and stopped payment upon receiving material.
Purchase Manager is Aditya Girdhar, brother of Jyotin Girdhar, same fraudulent behavior.
