★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near to nerul station. Everything is available in the society. 24 hours water supply. No power cut. A very safe place to stay. A lot of trees are planted here so the air is fresh and cool. It is a very peaceful place to stay. A lot of beautiful birds can be seen here due to the greenery. The flats are very spacious and well ventilated.

- Mostly APMC market(vegetable) shop owners are staying here in this society.
- construction is quite old, but painting was done in recent past.
- society is well equipped with CCTV cameras and security post at entrance.
- no dedicated parking space is alloted to anyone. You have to park in open parking.
- Ganpati temple is inside society
- necessary shops are inside campus and rest shops are immediately outside gate.
- Ashok gawade (NCP leader) is one of the powerful personality from this society and having well control over society owner's/residents.
- There were some discussion was going on about redevelopment of this society and building new tower but still there is no concrete progress.
