★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called him in the morning at 11.30 for service, he promised to come in the evening by 5pm. I called him again at 4.30pm just to confirm, he keep telling me that I will come at 6pm. Later when I called him at 7pm he said I had an accident so couldn't come now you hire someone else for the service. He was simply lying.
