β β β β β Very bad service and totally unprofessional. I Got gas connection after 13days after documents submission even after multiple followup. When I raised complaint against them that connection is not getting released with Indian Oil then they started shouting on me to close this complain as your connection is released. Before raising complaint, staffs were very polite but their behaviour got changed after raising complain.
Their delivery person is also very rude, he dropped cylinder on road out side of society, he was not agreed to deliver at door step then I requested too much just like begging that I am alone and I cannot lift it alone then he helped but he was saying that this is not my duty. He threatened me for future that if I will complain again anything for this agency, they will close my connection. They have power to terminate my connection. He was saying that he is doing favor to deliver cylinder and it is not their duty. All I felt, it was terrible for me. I don't know in what era they are living.
I don't know how they are working but as I know and used indane service in Gurgaon(Mata Sheetala Gas agency) they were providing service till kitchen step and behaviour was also excellent in compare to this.
