First they sent me photos of new bus which they supposed to sent but actual bus came was different.
When returned from our trip Bus having some problem during start up and as a customer we had to go Petrol pump to take the deisel for bus and one of my brother has filled diesel in the bus because driver and conductor can't fill it properly.
When end of the journey when we asked for the discount due to inconvenience his boss asking for the reason for the inconveniences.
And directly say no . Experienced Worst feedback from travel agency owner.
One positive review..
They provide immediately another driver while returning to trip....
