★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doc are fine,but the facility is disgusting..they don't have medicine available half the time and ask you to go to kharadi or sahaydri in the middle of night..no proper care nobody is really bothered.
They give appointment of 11 and keep you waiting till 1 without telling you what is causing the delay..
And when asked they just say that how is it our fault...worst experience and really bad medicine facility
If you really care for your members never take them here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My earlier review was removed by unknown. Dr Dhore-Patil Madam seems good & caring. Hospital is fine & staff is ok. But when they came across you have Mediclaim facility, they are charging really very high fees under various heads in the bill. The Charges are remarkably exorbitant. Pl aware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Bharti dhore patil is best doctor i have ever seen who is very polite and caring for all the patient.I have lost one baby boy but now i have a very cute son just because of mam.i was under high risk pregnancy. Bharti mam treated me as her daughter she is so brilliant and experienced doctor.She cared me so much through out my pregnancy..She always communicate with patient whenever its required.me and my husband will always remember her as we became parent just because of her. My parents always remember Mrs. Bharti not as doctor but as a god as they are very happy with my baby and it could possible because of her help. Hospital hiegne was always maintained. Staff member was well trained and very much caring. I have recommended 3 of my friend to Shree Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited Shree Hospital Nagar road in first week of February 2021 for a emergency procedure and were very glad that we chose visiting the Shree Hospital for consultation. Staff was not so helpful initially but behaving professionally however when doctor diagnosed emergency all staff immediately started preparing for the situation. It was their preparedness and planning which took us out of the emergency health condition. We received the correct diagnosis and exact treatment for the medical condition.
To mention a few names who helped us survive and come our healthy are
1) Dr Aboli - She re-arranged a few appointments and consulted us immediately. She explained us the problem in simple words along with Dr. Bharati and all the precautions needs to be taken. Both the doctors are expert and ensure long term wellness when treating patients.
2) Manager - Don't know her name but this lady helped expedite the formalities and ensure we are receiving proper care during diagnosis and treatment. Thanks to her, sorry we don't know your name
3) Mr. Suryakant - Billing staff helped us process the insurance formalities with ease. All billing was done without hassle and were kept informed time to time. I must mention that this person worked on Sunday to ensure we are discharged on time on Sunday and do not have to spend an additional day in hospital to complete the billing formalities and thereby increase overall billing. A true professional. Thanks.
4) Dhanashree and all Sisters, doctors and supporting staff - Cannot mention all names. You all ensured we get medicines on time and were available with a smile whenever needed. They ensured all patients get due care. A big THANK YOU !
Overall this hospital is not big like other in the vicinity and that is USP. For minor but urgent medical conditions and non-covid treatments such a facility is very much needed.
Thanks to everyone for making us healthy again. God Bless you All !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was admited for food poison (gastroenteritis) for 2 day only, they charge 10,000/- pr day and given basic treatment of glucose bottle, normal injection and few tabs.
Poor quality of private AC room with high charge
I have cashless insurance than also that forced to pay 2000/-.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Dhorepatil is very friendly to her patients,listens patiently and understands the problem provided with good solutions.
But the staff at the entrance of hospital ( cash counter) is very very rude and has no manners to talk to people visiting the hospital.
Doesn't know how to greet people not expecting anything pleasant given his attitude but basic manners.
