★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was good but now its very bad, they have removed cleaning staff so waiters only cleaning tables and serving with same dirty hands.
Now they are more concerned about online orders, customers doing dinner in restaurant are waiting for 40-60 mins but they busy in delivering online orders and in front me one customer left without dinner and 3-5 were complaining for delay.
Customers standing 15-20 mins but nobody cleaning tables.... worst experience

I m a customer who visits every month there and the staff aware about this ,
In 31 dec i visit with my husband and in shree ji restro they make a buffet on that we were to okay to go as the restro policy but may be this time restro forget how to serve a food ,they forget the hospitality ,they dnt have respect for any customer .
They serve chill and cold food orders in starter whtevr the indian food avaible in Buffett they all chill , multiple customer s making complaint but they dont have proper action or they dnt have courtesy to serve proper food .
Third thing which is really not acceptable the cashier Arjun is pathetic ,even they dnt have courtesy to speak with a lady ,he informing to the customer he is owner of the restro when multiple clients asked to pls give the owner name and number on that time straight away he said i m owner of the restro ,and pls dont pay the bill if you dnt like the service .
Instead of this my husband and me requesting to ask no and all but he denied .
He was pathetic he dnt have manners to speak i think we need to close this branch .
Else ,please maintain the hospitality. I request to the owner please do contact if you see my post . comment below I will share my no .
