β β β β β Facing lot of issues Since my connection has moved from swami samarth to this agency. Cylinder hardly last for a month which earlier easily last for more than 2 months. Also faced issues with regulator not fitting the cylinder once due to change in cylinder knob.

β β β β β Really bad experience with hp n this agency.. faulty regulator provided to me.. they ask for service charge each time even if it is their fault.. have to contact them 10 times to appear at address.. had requested for address change but still they reach to old address N hvnt updated address in system.. delivery guy takes rs20 extra each time nfrom every1.. why??? The hp or agency doesn't pay the salary or what??? N whn I denied, he mentioned that I wont be gttng service on time then... Is it ur protocol to follow???

β β β β β Even after providing accurate address, they screw up on the address book and instead of 1 cylinder they would add 2 cylinders on your book! What a mess and run around for a simple thing! Waste of time!! 2-3Times! @HPGas!! Awful Service! Not sure what will happen after sometime with the service!!!
