★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worst experience with Kala Niketan. I purchased a silk saree from their store in February. While selling the item, the owner of the shop talked very nicely and when the saree was getting packed, I requested him to check it for any manufacturing defects. He assured that it has been thoroughly checked. Since, I do not reside in Varanasi, when I returned back and checked the saree after a month it had a major manufacturing defect.
I called on the number given on the receipt and some fellow named Raja Ram picked up the phone and after listening the complaint he refused to offer any help. I asked him to connect me to the owner of the shop who actually sold the item to me. He said the owner doesn't talk to anyone. He even refused to give the owner's mobile number. When I showed my resentment over their policy this goon like person Raja Ram started misbehaving.
Kala Niketan is the worst place to shop at. They talk nicely while selling the things but misbehave when one asks for a remedy due to a problem at their end. I give a complete ZERO to their customer satisfaction policy. They do not even know how to talk to customers once they sell the items and have employed goons like Raja Ram to misbehave with customers.
It is my strong suggestion, not to waste your hard earned money shopping at Kala Niketan, when there are thousands of other shops in Varanasi.
Shame on Kala Niketan....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad experience with kala niketan. I bought a lehenga from here, there is a boy named Nikhil on the shop, he don't know how to manage customers. They don't give alterations properly and very dismanagement at store. They should close their shop. I will never suggest anyone to visit here. Worst experience in shopping from kala niketan! ?
