★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The steps are pretty steep at places.... Like Jivdani in Virar, Chotila temple near Than in Gujarat, this place does not serve a roof over the stairs...... This leads to direct fall of sun rays which are pretty hot

I don't know it how many years old but as a local public I will hear too many stories behind it..
one more thing I have to tell you about "ATHAM MELA" atham is basically 8th day of navratri, on that day the place will be mostly crowded in the whole year.. if you are there on that special day, you can also found a very traditional our folk dance "GHERIYA".
You can found two groups of GHERIYA on that day, which is from two different villages. CHICHWADA GHERIYA GROUP is one of them, It has 120 to 150 members in a group and ?I am one of them..
