★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You just have to follow station road to reach the temple. This temple is closed between 12.30pm to 3.30pm. one can feel blessed to have darshan of mahadev.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most Beautiful largest Shivalinga l have seen ever.lt was first time when l saw such a big Shivalinga almost 4+ feet tall.When we visit the Garbhagruha we can feel the positive vibes.It feels so great to chant Om Namah Shivaya japa there. Mostly abhishek with milk and water is done till morning time then afterwards in the evening when mandir reopen Shivalinga is covered with vastra. Mandir complex has three entrances.All dashakriya related vidhis are performed at the backside of the shiva temple.Mandir complex has several mandirs including Vitthal rakhumai, Shitaladevi , Rama, Kal Bhairav,Kaali mata, Shankar, Ganesh Hanuman, Datta Mandir.A must visit place to experience the one of the oldest mandir of shiva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is hidden by the crowded market but once you go inside it's a big temple. You'll find Ganesh ji, Hanuman ji, Parvati Mata ji, Ram ji, Laxman ji, Sita Mata ji, Dutta Guru ji, Kali Mata ji, Kalbhairav ji etc and of course the Koteshwar Mahadev Shiv ji ? Theres a huge Shivling in the sanctum. You can offer flowers, coconut, milk, water etc.
Also there is a panchmukhi (five faced) shivling here which is one of a kind.
Temple premises is calm, clean and nobody will push or hurry you. You can sit for sometime here in peace and chant or meditate.
Har Har Mahadev ? Om Namah Shivaya ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walk from Thane station to beautified Talao straight and while strolling, to the right, a little closer towards the end of talao.Right side enter the bhaji market crossing the road. Enter the mandir from the other gate to avoid all market crowd. Peaceful place amongst all the hustle bustle of the city.
Must visit the temple atleast once for darshan for blessings of Shiva and some solace to seek.

This is my most favourite place . Whenever i visit kopineshwar temple,honestly it gives me a positive vibes. I feel peaceful. Kopineshwar gabha my most peaceful place. Lord Shiva gives me a peace to my mind. We can seat over here. No crowded place,it's very clean neat. I admire this place very much ?
