★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is superfast maybe the fastest in the industry, the accessories are affordable but the some of the products' quality is too bad, ex. the Autocop remote lock has very poor range if you are behind the car then it wont work beyond 20meters while if you try from front of car then it will work till 50 meters (both cases without any interferences like wall in between, if there are interferences then the range is even more bad), the car charger is very bad it will stop working after 4-5 months and the aux cable looks strong but it stopped working after 10 months of use, flakes of chrome garnish start falling off after a year (the car is parked in shade), door cladding is not stuck symmetrical when L & R is compared, same for door guards, body cover leaves some kind of residue behind until it becomes thin(and lets some dust settle on car)
The quality of floor mats and flooring is very good and is well fitted same goes for seat covers and speakers, but the basic touch screen multimedia player is frustrating to use since it uses resistive touch panels (you have to literally poke your finger to make it work), reverse camera is just enough to serve the purpose but it has survived lots of pressure washes and rains without damage, wheelcaps are strong and well fitted never had problem of them falling off, fog lamps have good throw and visibility, spoiler is as good as the one company gives, 3M car care kit given is very good for cleaning
they have very well qualified staff but the electronics quality that is imported from China and rebranded as "Krishner" failed, but lately they have been experimenting with various brands for Android multimedia systems as a result the consumer ends up being a lab rat for this trial and error approach

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did wrapping on mi i20 elite it's been 2 months now they said they will replacement my wrap as it was wrapped incorrectly and now they say no stock no stock waiting for roll dnt know when the roll will come and my issue will be sorted.
