Cons
Also same as the other local companies, it is being disrupted. Management is focusing on the short term cost saving, which is a correct move for now. But underestimation of the power of technology has not been changed. Hopefully there will be a visionary CTO joining in the near future to give a wakeup call of where we are and take bold moves challenging the status quo.
