★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my MI phone to get it repaired here... As it's a authorised MI store, I thought they'd be having better service for MI phones... I was having an issue with my phone's camera so I gave it to the shopkeeper n asked it to get it repaired, they took too long to repair my phone and after they repaired my phone's camera, it's camera quality decreased a lot n when I told about it to them they said it's a software issue! And after I got my phone after some couple of minutes my phone's screen started malfunctioning, it wasn't responding well. When I told about this issue to the technician! He said that it's a software issue! And said I'll have to pay more ₹250 n get my phone repaired! So I did as he said then too my problem wasn't sorted -_-.
I told about this issue to one of my known mobile technician and when he opened my phone, he got to know that the touchscreen cables weren't placed properly n that was the reason my phone's screen wasn't responding.
Do not get your phone repaired here at all! The technician working here is not well trained enough.
