★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very close to Swargate Bus Depot, around 150-200 meters. English-raj building (60-70 years) just 2 floors, after ground. Even in Summers, AC isn't a mandatory requisite all becoz the building is of ancient construction materials, heat penetration is minimal. Single room per head charges range around 400-600 depending on demand-availability conditions. Rooms are decently large enough to be feeling comfortable and "hotelish". It has been very recently painted. My stay was on 29th May'19 night, so I'm guessing the paint-work was done in this month itself. Beds are very antique but strong. Mattress is quite hard like the ones of Sleeper coach of trains. Pillows are really hard, one has to admit. Catching sleep the 1st night may be a tough task for few. Floors and Lobbies are are super clean. Coming to washroom. Bathroom floor tiles need a revamp. A shower must be added, definitely. The distance between the tap and bucket is very large, that needs re-adjustment. Toilet floor tiles are slippery. Plz re-work the tiles with anti-slip ones. Hand faucet is required, must must must. No flush. Plz add one. No extra bucket, plz provide one. Washbasin is the most un-cared. Plz put a steel basin with very big drain hole as every f**king male is busy spitting "guttka" in it. Coming to stairs. Narrow but manageable to hoard the luggage by oneself. Overall - for a bachelor to stay for couple of nights is convenient looking at the rates. But families may be hesitant to take a call. Rest of the assessment for viewers can be found thru the photos. ??

No food or any other services.
Charged extra price for keeping my one bag in their custody.
Cleanliness was good and location superb

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come here with your own towels and blankets. Rooms are so roomy but aware of mosquitos. By the way it's too comfortable because walking distance from swargate, restaurants, medicals, and auto stands. So 500 rupees is worth here for a night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room structure not good, and blankets I think not washables, they charge high as per their service. There is not even soap or towel for service as like other hotels given for bath...If you adjust without good services, it is reasonable for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever come to this hotel. The staff is the worst and ill mannered I have ever seen. Not even bothered to check whether ur alive or not. No service from them just keep asking for money like beggars all the time. Staff behaviour is really rude and they don't know how to talk to a customer. Worst hotel and staff management ever seen.
