★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for reliable and economic air booking experience, Hiren Rathod of Shree Maa International is the person to go to. I was looking for alternative route that doesn’t cost a fortune during February 2022 because all the direct routes to Toronto were unethically high due to Covid pandemic and a lot of confusion regarding India’s air bubble agreement with other countries. Hiren Rathod assured me of my itinerary via Munich after confirming with IATA and told me not to worry about my travels. My travels were without any issues and I reached safely to Canada. The tickets were about 1200 CAD when other direct routes by Air Canada and Air India were around 3000 to 3800 CAD. Thank you Hiren Rathod of Shree Maa International.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I didn't face any problem while booking flight ticket as well as all my queries were answered politely and to the point. I had to cancel my ticket and rebook again. The refund money has not been credited still after 2 months of time of cancellation. He tries to make me understand about about how system processes refund and time taken for it! However, this doesn't satisfy too much time taken for refund.
Apart from that service provider is professional and well behaved.
