★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever parcel use to come through FedEx...when it reaches here(mahuva) ..this people always need 4-5 days to deliver parcel in the same city....also they dont inform customer that our parcel has arrived today or any such update...poor home delivery ..so I always use to pick up from their office instead of waiting for 4-5 days...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I had ever received. They don't deliver the parcel for 4 days even after it is there at branch. No communication about delivery. On the second ocassion the delivery should be at 10 AM, even not received at evening. On frequent call they said it's on the way and you will receive it any time.
