Yes, I had a “pathetic experience” because I was given only wrong info abt the product for which I was asking for....visited your shop four times looking for a product and had to return disappointingly
Came to your shop bought few products and except the one which was not there at that time..I was told the product will reach within 2-3 days its almost on the way
Firstly, I came to your shop on the basis of info given to me earlier & I returned, reason which was given to me that they themselves didn’t knew that different product was arriving (gopal dress instead of durga dress),
Also, was given a number and told they I call on the number and come and they can also send me the pictures of the product if required
2nd time - I didn’t called but just dropped in at the shop and asked for the product and was told that the bundle/stock has arrived but is not opened yet so could not show me the product....seriously!!!!!!
3rd time - I called up on the number which was given to me and asked if I can come for the same product..I was told yes its there ..I came but again had a very bad experience because the product was same as shown earlier (it was the same old stock) and then I was told only the samples have arrived, so why I was not informed the same?????? moreover the person on the phone told that the shop will close early because of some reason.. I came rushing knowing shop will close early but got to know the shop will remain open as usual... (I was just provided with lame excuses nothing else)
Same day I was given another contact number and was asked to call on that number telling that other staff members know nothing and to coordinate on new number
Fourth time - I texted on the new number asking for the same product and was told that the product has arrived and can come..having a doubt I asked to send pictures of few products for again which I had to follow up like anything...called twiced..texted for 2 continous days but as usual no pictures was sent...just got excuses in return except the pictures
Everytime I was being provided with only false information by all staff members and was being just harassed
Hope this is enough to explain what experience I had!!!!!!!!
Also, hope you value your customers time from next time if you all seriously you want to rectify this!!! Never faced such bad and frustating experience to buy something
