★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I sent documents thru Maruthi Village Road branch in Bhandup west. Parcel reached destination within the specified time. Good job. However, there is a need to improve tracking as it is not showing time and actual status of the parcel. It is showing inscan and outscan with dates. This need to be improved like other professional couriers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class level service of this courier provided. Without out of delivery they drop reason "door close" on online tracking. 9days they hold my parsal becoZ of single parsal of my area. Staff also very irresponsible. They didn't call me in d period of 9 days. They doesn't think to inform me. U guys not deserve single star also....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not delivered on time, my ICAI books arrived there 6 days back and I stay nearby the Shree Maruti Courier Service office and that book was still in a corner and they are not taking proper care of products shipped for delivery --- They told me please find your product in the lot --- Requesting @ICAI to please select the responsible Courier Agencies.
