★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience at the store. Visited the store on the weekend and staff not able to handle the crowd. They guy took around 15-20 min to serve pani puri in the middle of serving he start taking other order and starts working on that.
Need more improvement on service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've visited this store a couple of times, and the experience is highly impressive. Definitely one of the most grand and elegant sweet stores I have come across! The wide array of sweets and namkeens is a visual treat! The quality of the products is also amazing and value for money! I often take sweets from Karachi Sweet Mart back home and it's a major hit. Some of our favourites are milk cake, ras malai and malai barfi. The namkeen section is terrific with the range of products such as banana wafers, bhel, khari boondi, chakri etc. A must have when you visit the store is the Samosa with the green chutney, hands down the best I've eaten! Another note worthy part of the Karachi Sweet Matt experience is right the high level of sanitation, and hygiene at all the stores as well as the service and polite attitude of the staff!! Do visit the store if you're in Kharadi for a 'sweet experience'...

Please check your Parcel before left this store
I had worst experience with this store , visited here to get some Parcel for my family function and i had paid for all sweets but they not Packed all ,after i reach out to my home i got to know even after multiple instructions they packed Only one item instead of order of 2 item and i have paid for 2 items.
Such Pathetic Management here , even i called them and they told me that they will refund my amount shortly and still not received yet.
Instead of Apologies they want me to beg for my money .
Please consider that amount as Contribution from my side to improve your service Management.
Such substandard store .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I had good feedback with the products, but it turned to a horrible one, after I found multiple hairs in their Bengali sweets "Champakali". Definitely in their warehouse, workers are not using gloves while preparing the sweets. and seeing Hair in the sweets is the proof of that.
Wish India could also have strong law against food hygienic & adulteration like Dubai. Pls beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have tried multiple indian dessert but not all are great. You must try the samosa, doughnuts, Rasmali, motichoor ladoo. Staff is polite and helpful and they maintain high hygiene levels.
