★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diver and company salesman Commission (up to 10%) and very high price .When u buy non branded accessories they will say its imported but they actually made in mallik bazar. It has 2 branches in kharagpur but there is price differ from branch to branch for the same product.
I was charged the double the market price for a simple door visor of brand galio they charged Rs 2100 which is available at the next door for Rs 1200/- only.
LED light Rs 3000/- where as same thing in the market for Rs 2100 with fitting.
Their behavior is very polite to make you understand that they are provide best product at a sky high prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are cheaters. My car's JBL speakers sound was cracking a bit. I showed to them and they replaced all my speakers, and took the money. Now it's cracking even more and they says head unit also needs to be replaced. When questioning on why then they replaced the speakers if the problem is somewhere else, their owner said arrogantly that even doctors does trial and error. Now I doubt that they probably fixed duplicate speakers in place of the original ones. Never ever visit this shop, they are inefficient and cheaters.

"Earning Profit is good but profiteering is not good"
They think they get all there shop expense From one customer.
There staff behavior is also not good if they get hints that I cought them with there high price they Will stop entertaining
To bad experience must say avoid there store to visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ although this shop has many items but after sale service is too bad. I was convinced to buy a rear view camera with BT etc. and bought it finally. But after one month it stops working so I asked for repair. they told me to come back after 7-10 days. but somehow they misplaced the device and could not send to the company until more than 30 days. they never called me to inform the status and I have to visit them 7-8 times to check if my device has come from service center or not. finally after 2 months they installed it but again it was faulty then. They again repaired it and finally after 3 months I got back my device. and it still not up to the mark quality. very poor after sale service

And, if know what you want and you are specific about something, they force you to buy something else according to their advice. Not recommended at all.
