Ask patients to buy 10 medicine out of which they use on patient only 1 or 2 and take rest all medicine with them. Have seen this doing with all the patients. Dont provide origina computatized cash memo , give normal hand written bill. Make health of patients worst then earlier.
Just for normal fever they gave 3 glucose bottles and made hand wrtiwri bill of Rs2000
