Firstly being a courier company they said "There is no guarantee, the parcel will be lost. If you want to avoid parcel being misplaced then book Express under service" This express service was FIVE TIMES (5x) MORE EXPENSIVE.
When I confronted them for this, the person sitting there unnecessarily lost his cool and started abusing and even TRIED TO HIT ME. One of his colleagues stopped him. Have never seen anyone so unprofessional and rowdy in service sector ever in my life. Trying to up sell express service is still ok, but rowdy behavior is absolutely uncalled for.
I would urge Nandan courier to look into their staff behaviour and take strict action. This type of staff is dangerous for the brand and can someday cause serious issue to customers.
