★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most pathetic courier service in our country. The courier office called me and told me to visit them and collect my parcel. Because my residence was not in their "service area." Let me tell all of you that my residence was within 3 km from their office. So basically they cannot even deliver your parcel for such a short distance and cheat people by making false promises. If my residence was not in their "area of service" and they were incapable of delivering these cheaters should not have accepted my parcel but they just know to grab money. "All talks and no service", should be their punch-line. Moreover when I called the Manager (Mr. Rajesh Joshi) in head office and talked to him about my problem (in bad temper), he refused to hear anything, because his useless and phony pride was hurt. I was told to talk respectfully instead of being apologised. So in short, this courier company loves their own false pride and ego over service and they also have perfect knowledge of grabbing money from poor customers.
Nandan couriers, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
