★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time feel deeply cheated experience in my life recently on purchase of 50k 50 inch tv on 26 december 2021.
1.They told scratch card discount min 500 to 7000, but it was 100 rupee discount on 50000 rupee product purchase !! Actually the discounted scratch card are printed by owner !!!
2. When I scarched my credit card they told me 3.5℅ would be charged on my 50k bucks tv
3. While price negotiation they told different price and while payment different increased price !!!!
4. While showing product they told Blender will be gifted ... after purchase they gift blender but "100 rupee hand blender".
Guys dont fall in trap of this fraud people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never believe in their free gift or voucher policy or cash back policy . First visit brand store they will provide you correct information about cash back. At LG brand shoope you will find correct deal at lower price . I find myself cheated twice. I will NEVER visit this place again in my life AT ANY COST

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever i had on this store. They just forced to buy an A/C with wifi model without knowing the specifications of their own product. The a/c doesnt have any new features and also while listening to our complain they replied arrogantly.
They are just cheating the customers by attracting them with their offers but at the end the cost paid by us for their product will be high only so i would suggest never buy any product from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ '----Very rude behaviour by staff and shipowner too. If this is before sale, just think about after sale services.
---- No proper explanation about the product. No proper guidance in choosing the product
---- They will repeatedly say you to offer best prices but you will be able to get better prices at other showrooms. Do inquire about net price before finalizing a deal ( if you still want to enter into cheat).
---- At the time of making payment, you will get a surprise. They charge 3.5% swiping charge on card transaction. It is against RBI instructions and illegal but this fellow still continues that practice.
---- You will be offered additional scratch cards ranging upto 7000 but they are not of LG company but made by shop itself. So in most of the cases you will get Rs.100-500 only.
So keep your mind open and think we'll before finalizing the deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most pathetic experience purchasing LG product from Shree Navkar Electronics, Maninagar. LG follows double standards of Service. Their policy are different - when the product is in warranty and when the product is out of Warranty. Since last 2 years I am following on a complain including raising the complain on Jago Grahak Jago. I multiple times approached their service officer Mr. Hardik and Mr. Ashok Sharma in Ahmedabad. They are unable to give reply in writing and hide their face in the name of policy. Also, there is no support from the dealer Shri Navkar Electronics. Strictly avoid purchasing LG products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the Navkar lg store is very cheap person that i dont have any words to explain about him.
he fraud me that while swiping the creditcard you will get 17% cashback and i received only 7% cashback and he also charged so many hidden charges that actually I suffer the loss after purchasing from him. I feel very regreting that why I had purchase from him. I want to claim a file against him in consumer forum who will take strict action against him

Hidden charges for card swipe they introduce at last moment. that too 2.5%
They offer scratch card to win cash reward which is also scam. I was told my swipe fees will redeemed by scratch and win amount.. It was Rs. 100. I told them I am highly unsatisfied. But the shop Owner acted like its my fault for purchasing AC from there.
Do not fall in trap in the hope of better price. Avoid.
