★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am here from last 3 years. One of the worst apartment in old maneklal. I said one of the worst because in this area there are 5 to 6 buildings like this. I'm shifting from this place as there are lot of problems in this place.
Pros:
• Low price rent
• Spacious Flates.
• 24hr water supply
Cons:
• No watchman
• Boundary walls are around 3-4 feets above the road so any one can come in the building without any problem.
• No Security Cameras
• No Street Lights around this place
• Streets around here are full of drunken people who fight almost every night right in front of my house.
• In Monsoon season water comes almost around my chest in the building. My room is in ground flr, although it is 4 steps above the building level, water comes inside the rooms and for one's water level was almost 2 feets in the rooms.
• This comes right in the flight rout of airport so in every 5 to 10 mins there is a flight passing above around 500 feets which makes terrible sound which is unbearably. while i was writing this review 3 flights went pass so you can imagine. there is a flight around 2 o'clock at night which makes me up every time.
There are many negetive points. Seriously guys if you can go anywhere else you must avoid this place then.
Suggestion: Try to find a place in new maneklal estate which is far far better than this place and which is only 100mtr away from old maniklal.
