They take complete responsibility of owner and tenant till the time you leave the property, which no other property wala do.. I have been associated with them since last 4 years and found them ethically sound and professional with their work.. Team is very hardworking and committed.. They listen patiently to your requirement and give the property of your choice any where in Chitrakoot Vaishali Nagar ..

Whenever we raised any issue in the house he would not share it with owner while when owner said anything he would pressurize us..Saying it's part of agreement..Moreover when we left flat some portion of security was deducted on the grounds that flats had issue..While we had already informed to repair it at that time they didn't listened and while leaving they blamed it all on us..Worst service..There was zero maintainence done..
