When you ask for support on the goods purchased from his shop he will say company people only comes on Saturday so please come on Saturday.On Saturday he will say they have not come yet(Why don't you call them).
Then he will say company is denying to change the good as its out of warranty and he does not know even what is the issue with the goods.
