Cons : takes lot of time for servicing, favouritism.
P.S :
1. if you want to get service done, visit as early as possible.
2. A suggestion to a staff, eg. You have 5 mechanics. Assign 3 people(full servicing, major issues) on time consuming work and 2 people on small works(minor issues). switch job type on alternate day.

Find communication gap..
Doesn't take serious concern of your problem..fallow normal process..they even do not wash your vehicle. Personally I don't recommend for servicing your two wheeler here.
They won't concern after asking servicing of two wheeler.. report prolem.. आज गर्दी आहे उद्या सकाळी 9 वाजता या..आणि servicing 10.15am चालू करतात
