★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessionally managed organisation good in duping customers. Paid for a villa booked from Shree Ram on Tonk Road, also got bank loan. But then the the management felt that what they allotted me, for which I got loan can not be issued. Paying interest every month but still in dilemma. The management representatives do not even pick up phone. Denied paying the amount back as they do not have funds. The project Savana was likely to be completed 2 years ago but my issue is different, even other customers are stuck. Highly irresponsible. Regret my decision of choosing Shree Ram as they are very good and responsive initially but do not even respond later and would not pay even if they are at fault. Quality of construction as I saw in Savana project is pathetic also, the actual constructional layout is very different (in bad sense) from brochures they use to lure customers. Anyone willing to get details may contact. Will be happy to save others from being cheated.
