★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say but the shopping experience was very worst as the staff was very rude, nonsense,misbehaving,and they don't have any manners to deal with customers, and not even showing the product and it's price properly and they literally quarrel on me ,like don't touch the packet and all....
Last but not the least it's a humble request to @shree ranchhodray masala mill that please appoint new kindly natured staff to run your business . Appropriately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A suggestion, not a complaint, many of your customers might have facing this but no one cares to write, "2 mahine me ek baar jana aur kya jik jik"
Just to make their work simple, they have choose a very unconventional, weird billing system,
I really don't understand their billing system, first you have to choose the items from display,
You have to remember all the items including their packing size, than go to the counter, pay the bill, and you will get the slip, gp back to the display area, give the slip to counter person, according to the slip counter person will pack your order,
Imagine you want 20 items, and you have to remember all of them and you have to tell all of them at billing counter, in my case i forget one or two of my list everytime,
Instead of doing that, can't they manage like, you choose the items, either they give you the cart or if they don't trust you ?, behalf of you their staff give all your choosen items at billing counter, and you pay the bill, all set, simple, but don't know who is behind this idea, change it guys, having such a good quality products at such a reasonable price, why you guys are following this system!
Temporary a simple way, the person at the counter already helps you to choose the items, ask a counter person to give customer a handwritten slip according to their selection, customer will give the slip at the counter, will pay the bill, will return with printed bill / list, will get items packed.
