★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 numbers of Kala Jamun today through Zomato & the Jamuns were spoilt with sour taste. However, the outlet was kind enough to call me after my feedback & offered replacement/refund. I opted for a Bengali sweet as replacement which was fresh & delicious. I appreciate their gesture of attending to resolve.
Again on 15/12/19, ordered 3 more items & one being Mohanthal sweet. It tasted like bit of a wax/dalda & not pure ghee. Other 2 items i.e. Malai Sandwitch & Garlic Bakawadi tasted good but not a good deal for the amount charged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of hairs found in Sweets!!! Honestly we didn’t expected this to happen as they are renowned when it comes to taste!!! But don’t know if they are providing hair caps to workers while making sweets!!! I won’t prefer them next time!!! I don’t know if it happened with others too or not!!!
