★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment is located near surdhara circle and opposite new mapple tree scheme. Shreeratna appartment has more than 100 flats. On road side it has commercial shops and offices. Location wise it is at prime location amd road touch.
Locality is good. Buildings are well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good. It is opposite to Ganesh Maple Tree. Each and every product of daily use available at walking distance. It is located on main road. There is a shop in ground and first floor. There are flats above shops and behind it. It is near to S G highway.

The appartment is having the residential area as well as the shopping complex ,commercial shops in this area.The inside appartments are with wide area but the open space is less and the inside parking is now gradually becoming problem due to the vehicles rise in numbers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking is a big issue here..usually shop owners park their car, few residents also have to park their car outside..so there is hardly any space left in case you need to buy something from the complex attached with shree ratna apartment.. you can take 2 wheers inside however most of the time you can take your 4 wheeler in just to drop off someone or luggage and you find it sheer difficult to find a place to park your car..!!
