★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behaviour with customers when returning of medicine..when they wants to sell shows good behaviour but after that if u wants to returning it they are not hearing and giving reason like small child....
Also in refund of money act like multinational organisations and giving customers time for returning for such small amount of 50-60rs...
It's not good customer to visit unnecessarily for such small amount...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever experienced. I purchased medicine from here. but tablets were powdery so returned it and ask for refund.
They said no for refund and giving excuses “ u open the packet so can’t refund it”.
I told them How can I say tablets are powdery without opening packet??
They start shouting “do whatever u want. We are not refunding it”
After so many excuses they agreed to refund.
Not recommending it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shree Ratneshwari Medical is located on the main road that goes towards the Chanakyapuri crossroad, its called Abhilasha junction. Its a very good pharmacy that houses most of the generic drugs. The shop is well lighted and staffed. The staff is very efficient. The shop is Air conditioned. The also keep a good variety of other medicines.
