★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was late by 10mins. I requested the driver to wait but he didn't waited and ask me if i m on bike/car, follow me and i will take you. This is really hopeless service. If customer is not picking phone or he says he is not travelling, u can move the bus forward but if a customer is genuinely crying on phone to wait, still they doesnt. This is what at all is not expected.
Genuine reasons must be honored as by other bus services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic people and Worst service ever by a bus service. We were 6 people who booked the bus and were required to reach the Reti bus stand at Udaipur at 6:00 pm, we got Stucked in the traffic and were there at 6:03 pm only 3 minutes late, we already informed and requested the Bus Driver to please wait for us but that driver didn't waited and left us there without any option. We called their office and their owner again n again but no one helped us. The driver even misguided us to come to some other place where there was not a single bus or any vehicle, completely drastic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online seat booked but not allotted. Given alternate seat at behind, Its cheating. No light at seat. Staff rude. It smells bad. Nonsense in name of facilities. Shree Rishabh Travels bus no UP17AT5329 departure time 11PM. I called their office to complaint but they did not pick phone. Friends this shows no guarantee of paid and owned service. Zero stars to them.
