★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service,poor quality,poor understanding...it's of no use if you are selling something and not Willing to give customer service...1st of all we order stitching machine n they provide us designer machine ..after their mistake and their miscommunication skill they stop receiving our call...n after 20days of wait ,when I have paid my whole cost on the 1st day when received designer machine, they are not willing to giving me motor which was included in my stitching machine..n still waiting like a hell ...just to receive my motor so that can start my work....
I will recommend you all who are reading this plz plz don't go and purchase any single product from this particular shop...

1st late Delivery.
2nd wrong commitments for delivery.
3rd lying each and every time.
4th after late Delivery , provided wrong delivery.
5th taken whole amount at the time of wrong delivery.
6th for replacement taken equipment first , and provided replaced equipment even after 5 to 7 days.
7th partial equipment provide at second time, still not received.
8th very poor reply
9th careless to provide material
