★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nearby to sector 61 and 52 metro station 700m away, clean society with security on the main gate, vegetable market nearby evry evening and morning, 1 park outside society. Good place for residence, inside society as well parkin is not a big trouble
u can easily get a flat its LIG 2 rooms around 9k, 10k

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to live for youngster (2 to 3 person) or young couple. Society is clean, green and secured. Every festival is celebrated here. Nearby metro station, street market, Mall, Petrol pump and cng station. No problem for parking inside society. Roads are good and well connected to Delhi, Greater noida, ghaziabad setor 63 noida, second 18, Atta market DND. Green belt are also there. Park, Hospital, School are there. Flat price are about 30 lakh and rent 10000 pm. Society monthly subscription Rs. 500/- 50% owner and 50% tenant stayed there. Mix community lived there. Size of the flat is 54.87 Square meter= 590 Square foot. Around 800 flat are there tentatively .
