★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all its not a mall it's just a collection of shops and that too third class shops.Vyara does not have any mall of its own. Just few branded shops like Raymond, Peter England etc. are located at different places. Sai mall has no definition of mall. No escalators, no brand, no recreational it's just worst dukkaan-waala type mall.Don't prefer it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall structure of the stores was well made. I personally came to this mall to get work done at the bank. During this time period, I noticed that there was no proper order to parking and the overall cleanliness of the ground floor was unsatisfactory. Beside this issue, the diversity in the shops was low as many of them were offering the same thing and the same price. For this mall to improve shopkeepers should diversify their product base and determine what customers actually want. As the amount of customers was sparse and it did not seem like profits were being made.
