Pros:
1.Flats are well planned, kitchen furnished, bedroom has a nice 4 door wardrobe with mirror
2.water available 24hours, filtered drinking water available on ground floor
3. Sufficient parking space for car n bike
4. Groceries n meat shops available walking distance.
5. Electricity 24 hours with power back up
6. security guard 24 hours
7. ACT for internet wired through the building
Cons:
1. High rent for a small flat
2. Flats r very close to each other , noise from other adjacent flats can easily be heard
3. No parks or good restaurants nearby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here since 2 years. A great example of perfectly engineered 1BHK’s at a decent rate. The ambience is serene. Corridors are well lit and ventilated. No water issues and transparency in electricity bill. Great for bachelors/couples/small family. The only con is the lack of public transport since its a bit interior

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in a small one BHK but it was plenty of space for a single bachelor. It was well furnished and the landlord was nice and was prompt to help with any issue. I even brought my king bed, L shape six seater sofa and other furniture into the apartment and everything fit perfectly. The apartment has a balcony with pre-installed clothesline for drying and a tap for washing machine. There is drinking water available downstairs for the residents and power backup as well. There is a lift and covered parking facility available also for four wheel and two wheel vehicles. When I vacated, there was no drama and the landlord promptly returned my advance. One of the better run apartments in Bangalore city. Really enjoyed my time staying in this apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here from Sep 2016 ( 5 years ) , A 525 Sq ft. area very well utilized , I have a decent hall , extended kitchen with dining room balcony attached and a bed-room with bathroom attached. it looks like 1.5 BHK for me. It's good for newly married couple, and even for nuclear family with a small kid. 6 Car parking space and over 20+ bike parking space. never had water issue, Maintenance charge include day-night security, water, power backup, lift, cleaning and Garbage collection.
