★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud Management - Owner of this hotel Raj Bangera seems be fraud / non ethical. On 08/Feb/2022 (time 13:40 Bill No 05), I had visited Shree Sai Krupa hotel with family in noon time and paid food bill of INR 1520 on paytm which showed pending and amount was debited from my account. In discussion with Mr Raj Bangera again gpay of same payment was done with an understanding that they will refund if amount paid on paytm is credited to their account (double payment). Since I was on tour with family I had shown a sense of understanding which he should have reciprocated but he failed. Secondly I noticed the food quality was not worth and despite hotel being at main naka / location there were hardly any customers during lunch time ( may be due to quality issue).
