★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need some good internet service provider in kharegaon, kalwa. The current internet services provider is not only worst, but there is a problem every second day.. Due to this pandemic we are working from home, but we cannot complete our work for that stipulated day bcoz of constant wifi disconnection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service! Disconnect the service unnecessarily, Do not attend calls. Need to call them at least 10 times. Pathetic call attendees, Do not talk properly to the customers and also one of the employee said to me when I was shareing my issues to him so was like madam I want to disconnect your call....000000

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service there representative doesn't know how to talk, very rude behaviour. They are local cabel operators having monopoly in the area. Main reason people switching to satelite platforms like Tata sky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. When problem is reported, they only have 2 steps of troubleshooting- 1. Restart router. 2. Person visit and re-crimp the cable.
No proper resolution. Since this month (Jan 2022), horrible performance. Directly impacting our WFH office work.
Can't be more disappointed.
