★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very arrogant owner. Doesn't provide after sales service. Even after leaving cycle at store for 4 days for service, couldn't complete the job. Have to take back cycle without service after 4 days due to arrogant behaviour. His words were "800Rs મા ખરીદી નથી લીધા" Ofcourse kharidi nathi lidha, but expects good service & responsible behaviour. Added, he doesn't provide services on Sundays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sainath probably will have the most varied range of cycles in Vadodara, but they literally ignore you and kick you around for after services and the services are sub par. They will not shy away giving you cycle with problems in it and then charge you exorbitantly on the remotest of service, example if you need the box of the cycle that you have purchased they will charge another 450-500 for the same which ideally should be yours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy cycle from here. They are cheating with customer. They sell duplicate cycle. After selling cycle if we go there and ask anything then they ask for charge. Owner is very arrogant. As a buyer we need to show him the power of buyer. They teach us like how to buy. I want to say him I know very well how to buy things very well. I recommend everyone don't buy cycle from his shop. He think cycle is toy anything happens with it. We are not spending lots of money to just buy the toy which was not perform it's basics. So I would recommend please please don't buy from his shop. If anything less than 1 possible for rating then I would give him negative rating.
