The equipments are well. But the trainers push you way too hard. They don't listen to you when you know you are completely burned-out. You know your body limits and stamina right, and you know when the strain is going overboard bit then too they don't listen to you. Not at all understanding trainers. I even heard from my acquaintances who that they got physically violent with them and many others. You are paying the fees and you should be given the right to choose what you can do and what want to do. No one has the right to push you if you don't want to do a specific workout or if you're constantly getting injured by doing that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every trainer are supportive, crossfit cardio are fabulous. Gym trainer like UMESH SIR, DEWANG SIR, MANGESH SIR AND OMKAR SIR are supportive and always ready to train every individual. All accessories are well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The trainers are really good. And they have a good area for CrossFit. Mangesh sir is very helpful and a good trainer for CrossFit. Out of all the gyms I have joined this one was the best in terms of guiding and workout routines. Plus the price is also good.

The gym is having on field 9 trainers from 5 am to 10 pm 2 at a time ,who trains clients to the best of their ability. The trainners also provide proper diet to the clients . The gym has cardio equipments , CrossFit because of which i am able to build my stamina. Definitely one should atleast give visit to gym. I bet you won't regret after joining.

MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE- No need of keeping personal trainer. Regular gym trainer are too good they treat u way better than PT.
