★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quiet and clean. Easy to get transportation. Situated In the middle of well'developed zanzarda road. Good for small function below 500 person. One thing disappointed that's the parking problem very less space in it. But facilities available in up to the mark.

Good for quite low profile ceremony.

One big AC hall. 2 normal hall
5 personal rooms available
Too much less price compare to other party plot and community hall.
Chairs, matteres, all the dining requirements, etc available.
I have booked this one for 8-10 times for my family function specially for marriage.
