The owner behaves like a rowdy and demands payment in mid of the work against the payment terms. Stops the work if not paid.
He doesn't own any mistake and gives random reasons like design problem, raw material problem or weather problem.
He has no respect for his customers, their priorities etc. Doesn't adhere to any terms and condition of the contract.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst attitude by the owner. Doesn't have professional behavior towards the customer. Doesn't owns any mistake happens at his premises. Uses foul language with all the customers. Doesn't have good quality and lead time is too high. All parts manufactured at his works gets damaged during assembly itself. Won't give any Commitment towards work and keeps saying new things daily. Doesn't stick for one Statment.
